Here is the critical information you will need to get connected.  Please review the New Email Account welcome letter to determine if the Global Server or Field Server information is needed:

Webmail address:
Global Server: https://mail.globalnaz.org
Field Server: https://gnmail.globalnaz.org
Username: full-email-address
Password: email-password

General Setting Information for Other Email Programs:

Incoming:
IMAP – port 993
Authentication – Password
Use SSL
Global Server: mail.globalnaz.org
Field Server: gnmail.globalnaz.org

Outgoing:
SMTP – port 465 (Use SSL) or 587 (Use TLS)
Global Server: mail.globalnaz.org
Field Server: gnmail.globalnaz.org
Authentication – Password
Use same credentials
