Two step process for creating a Post about a Past Project:
1. Add pictures for the bottom of the page. This is for three pictures in addition to the main picture.
– Go to the RokSprocket menu item in the WP Dashboard.
– Open “3 Item Grid Template
– Click the Save As Copy button
– Rename the Title to say something about the Post this will be used for.
– Use the Edit button to change the picture in each of the items. Also change the Title and/or Description as you see fit.
– Note the Roksprocket Shortcode, something like
– When finished, click the Save and Close button.
– You are done with this step.
2. Create the new post by duplicating/editing.
– Duplicate the existing post: Post Template – Title here
– Change the Title to something appropriate.
– Modify replace the existing text with your new text.
– Click on the picture at the top left of the post, select the pencil to edit. Click the “Replace” button located on the right, underneath the picture. Select the Upload Files tab and upload the new pic. Ideally, the pics should all be sized at about 300 pixels wide by 225 pixels tall. Select Replace. This should put your new pic into the Post. (Note, there is a second picture located right after the first. This is to give the needed margin between the pic and the text in the final page. Don’t remove it.)
– Change the Roksprocket Shortcode to what you noted in step 1.
– Preview Changes, Update the Post, Publish as you see fit. You may want to make changes after you preview.
